Holiday Dinner at French Crust
Celebrate the season at restaurant French Crust, and bring a gift to participate in the White Elephant.
The prix fixe, 4-course menu features:
- one glass of wine
- shrimp vol au vent
- salad
- coq au vin
- dessert
Gratuity is included.
Vegetarian option is available upon request.

We will ‘jazz up’ the AF holiday party with a White Elephant fun twist. If you would like to participate (this is completely optional), bring a small gift (price limit around $20). Gifts shall be related to French, France, Francophonie or International Friendship in some way. Each player brings one wrapped gift and will get a gift in return. Wrapping is a key part of the fun, the larger the box surely does not mean the larger the present! Players draw numbers to determine their order of play. The player with the highest number goes first, selects a gift from the pool and opens it. The following players can choose to either pick an unwrapped gift from the pool or steal a previous player’s gift. Anyone who gets their gift stolen in this way can do the same – choose a new gift or steal from someone else.
- A present can only be stolen once per round;
- Players who have a gift stolen from them cant’ take it back. They can take a new gift from the pool or steal from someone else.
- Each gift can only be stolen twice. The gift goes to the third person holding it.
